Drew Harris is Co-Founder, CEO, and Chief Product Technology Officer of Expert Scale, Inc. He leads product strategy, platform engineering, and enterprise partnerships. He has spent nearly 30 years building software and leading product teams across the Air Force, startups, and enterprise companies, including scaling SaaS companies past $100M in revenue and through an IPO. Before that he was an instructional designer who once turned a one-year training program into 30 days — the question behind that work, how experts transfer judgment rather than facts, is the core of how Expert Scale runs its extraction interviews. He has worked with AI since 2000.

Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer
Dr. Alan Kadish is Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Expert Scale, Inc. He leads investor relations, strategic partnerships, and growth. He has spent 40 years starting, funding, scaling, and selling companies, from seed through acquisition, with several successful exits, and has sat on both sides of the table: the operator raising capital and the partner writing the check. A physician by training, Dr. Kadish has held C-suite and board-level roles across healthcare, academia, and investment.
