Drew Harris is CEO, Co-Founder, and CPTO of Expert Scale, Inc.

30 years in software engineering and product leadership — Air Force, startups, and enterprise companies. Scaled SaaS companies to $100M+ ARR and through an IPO. Fractional CTO/CPTO work with dozens of growth-stage and late-stage companies.

Instructional design foundation. Post-Air Force background as an instructional designer who once reduced a one-year training process to 30 days. That foundational research — how experts actually transfer judgment, not just facts — is the methodological core of Expert Scale’s extraction interview system.

AI practitioner since 2000. A long view on what AI can and cannot do, anchoring the architectural choice to ground every Apex Replicant response in retrieval rather than free-generation.

Architect of the Apex Replicant platform. Drew designed the three-layer security architecture, the escalation-by-architecture zero-hallucination guarantee, and the 7-prompt protégé generation model now covered by 34 patent claims.

Dr. Alan Kadish — Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer

Dr. Alan Kadish is Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Expert Scale, Inc.

40 years of serial entrepreneurship. Multiple successful exits across both sides of the funding table. Building, funding, scaling, and operating ventures from seed through M&A.

Both sides of the table. Alan has been the operator raising capital and the strategic partner closing on the other side. That dual perspective shapes Expert Scale’s GTM motion, partnership posture, and capital strategy.

Business development network. An extensive network of funders, strategic partners, and operators across multiple industry verticals — directly relevant to Sentinel B2B’s enterprise GTM and to the future Marketing OS productization channel.

Strategic anchor. Alan owns the company narrative — category positioning, investor framing, partnership construction. He is the primary investor-relations contact.

Founding Philosophy

Drew and Alan met at an inflection point in both careers — Drew prototyping the Apex Replicant extraction system, Alan recognizing the pattern across the failed enterprise-AI investments he had reviewed. The thesis was simple and uncomfortable: expert services are broken not because expertise is overvalued, but because the delivery model has not evolved since the 1950s.

Expert Scale exists to break the time-money ceiling for individual experts AND to give organizations a way to preserve and scale the institutional knowledge they have always treated as a liability instead of an asset.
