Drew Harris — CEO, Co-Founder & Chief Product Technology Officer

Drew is CEO, Co-Founder, and CPTO of Expert Scale, Inc.
He has spent nearly 30 years building software and leading product teams across the Air Force, startups, and enterprise companies. He has scaled SaaS companies to $100M+ in revenue and through an IPO, and has done fractional CTO and CPTO work for dozens of growth-stage and late-stage companies.
Before that, he was an instructional designer who once turned a one-year training program into 30 days. The question behind that work, how experts actually transfer judgment and not just facts, is the core of how Expert Scale runs its extraction interviews.
He has worked with AI since 2000. That long view is why every Apex Replicant answer is grounded in the expert’s own knowledge rather than generated from scratch.
Drew designed the platform itself: the three-layer security architecture, the escalation that calls in the human instead of guessing, and the protégé-generation method now covered by 34 patent claims.
Dr. Alan Kadish — Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer

Dr. Alan Kadish is Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Expert Scale, Inc.
He has spent 40 years starting, funding, scaling, and selling companies, from seed through acquisition, with several successful exits.
He has sat on both sides of the table: the operator raising capital and the partner writing the check. That gives him a clear read on what makes a business worth backing, and it shapes how Expert Scale goes to market, builds partnerships, and raises money.
He also brings a deep network of funders, partners, and operators across many industries, which matters directly for Sentinel B2B’s enterprise sales and the Marketing OS product line.
Alan owns the company’s story: how we position the category, how we talk to investors, and how we build partnerships. He is the primary contact for investor relations.
Founding Philosophy
Drew and Alan met at a turning point for both of them: Drew was prototyping the Apex Replicant extraction system, and Alan kept seeing the same failure pattern across the enterprise-AI deals he had reviewed. Their thesis was simple, and a little uncomfortable: expert services aren’t broken because expertise is overvalued. They’re broken because the way it gets delivered hasn’t changed since the 1950s.
Expert Scale exists to break the time-money ceiling for individual experts AND to give organizations a way to preserve and scale the institutional knowledge they have always treated as a liability instead of an asset.
