The Continuity Program expertscale.ai/program

The case, in one paragraph.

Every organization runs on judgment held by a handful of people, almost none of it written down. They are interrupted constantly, newer staff stay blocked, and the day one of them leaves the business quietly loses something it cannot buy back. A Digital Protégé is a voice AI built from one specific person's knowledge. It answers in their framing, credits them by name, and escalates to them rather than guessing at the edge of what it knows. The senior gets fewer interruptions; the junior gets more access. Neither has to lose for the other to win.

Evidence.

Case study 1 — pending
First closed Continuity Proof: company, industry, size, the expert's role, the day-zero baseline, the day-thirty measurement, a quote, and written approval. No illustrations, composites or projections.
Case study 2 — pending
Second closed Continuity Proof. Two references, so the program does not rest on one customer.

Independent of our own deployments: an engineering firm reported cutting new-engineer ramp from six months to about one. Across real sessions on our platform, 88% are assessed as high satisfaction and about 6% of questions escalate to the human rather than being answered.

How a deployment runs.

1
Choose the people, not the departments
If this person left on Friday, what stops working on Monday? Three to five names, rarely the org chart's top three.
2
Baseline before build
Interruptions per week, weeks to productivity, and single points of knowledge failure. Thirty minutes per expert, and it cannot be done later.
3
One hour each, live the next day
~50% fidelity from that hour. SOPs, prints, handbooks, and recorded training video take it further — we read what was demonstrated, not only what was narrated.
4
Open it to everyone
No per-seat license, so no argument about logins. Breadth is free; only use is billed, by the minute.
5
The monthly escalation report
Every question it declined to answer, grouped by theme — a knowledge-risk register written by the questions your people actually asked.

Annual prepay 17% off with a bonus credit pool. No per-seat charge at any tier — cost per employee per month depends on use, not headcount, so the same figure holds for a forty-person site and a four-thousand-person one. Capture workshops from $3,500 (compressed, single expert) to $25,000 (white-glove, multi-expert) where someone is leaving on a known date. Additional Protégés are built free, one at a time, each time the account crosses 20 hours in a month.

For IT, legal and risk.

It only knows what you have taught it. Context before answer, your expert's validated knowledge before anywhere else, and escalation to a human rather than improvisation at the edge of what it knows — architecture, not a setting.

Your personal information is never used to train a public LLM and your experts' knowledge is never used to train one. Documentation can stay on your infrastructure where sovereignty is required; when an agreement ends the data stays inside the organization that owns it. Four-dimension scoping isolates by expert, protégé, client and session, with an audit trail. SOC 2 Type II is in progress (attestation included at Enterprise). Patent pending: 34 claims across 9 core innovations.

Start with the names.
Tell us who carries knowledge that exists nowhere else and we will tell you which tier fits — or that it does not. Most conversations start with a thirty-day Proof.
